This site was published by SANTE SERVICE Sarl with a capital of €400,000 registered on the Trade and Company Register of Lille, under the number 421 725 136 with a registered office at zone industrielle de la Pilaterie – 8 rue des champs – 59290 Wasquehal – France,  referred to as the publisher.

The Publication Director and Editor is Mr Th. Mulliez.

Article 2 – Definitions

The terms of use govern the access and the use of the site ascalis.pro whose only purpose is the presentation of ascalis products, excluding any online sale.

As responsible for the processing, SANTE SERVICE collects personal data for the purposes of processing the contact sheets under the conditions defined in Article 4.

Users are informed that their registration on the site, as referred to in the “contact” article, gives rise to the collection and automatic processing of personal data concerning them by SANTE SERVICE, the use of which is subject to the regulations in force, in particular the RGDP and Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, amended by Law n°2019-828 of 6 August 2019 For more information on the processing of personal data, the user is invited to consult the personal data protection policy posted on the ascalis.pro website. By submitting the contact form to the company SANTE SERVICE, the user accepts this policy in its entirety, which describes the rights of users and the way in which personal data is collected, processed and secured.

This personal data is intended exclusively for the company SANTE SERVICE and its distributors.

The user will be solicited exclusively by the company SANTE SERVICE or its distributors on the basis of the personal details provided, for products and services of the company SANTE SERVICE. The company SANTE SERVICE endeavours to allow access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or an event beyond the control of the company SANTE SERVICE, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the site and services.
